1. Open your "3CX Welcome Email"

If you have not received your "3CX Welcome Email", please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. Alternatively, reach out to us at support@westerncloud.co.za.

2. Open the Web Client URL

From the "3CX Welcome Email", open the web client link for Outside of the office. Below you'll see an example of what you should be seeing.

3. Log in!

In the " 3CX Welcome Email" please look for the "YOUR WEB CLIENT LOGIN" for the extension number & Password.

Example: "Login using 800 and password Thisisnotapassword"

Please note that if you fail to login after numerous attempts with the wrong IP address you could get blacklisted.
