1. When a call is answered using the 3CX Mobile App there are 9 different options to chose from, the transfer option is in the middle on the right as shown bellow:

 

2. After the Transfer option is selected, a window appears where you can select between 2 different transfer types, Blind and Attended. When Blind Transfer is selected the call gets transferred directly to the destination entered. Attended Transfer allows you to speak to the destination extension before deciding to transfer or resume the call with the client.
