We are experiencing network issues via our Cape Town DC.
Main services affected: Cloud PBX
You may experience slow server connection issues.
Our DC is currently working to resolve the issue.

We are doing an upgrade at our CPT DC and will be moving servers to new racks and upgrading our core routers.
This is a very low-risk move, same DC same data hall just 10 racks away so we can roll back if needed.
We expected downtime of 15 MIN to 30 MIN.

- Email Servers
- All VM Servers
- Cloud PBX Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Cloud Storage

Please take note of the following:
There is an intermittent interconnect technical issue on the Vodacom network, affecting all VOIP Telephone Networks.
You may experience lower quality incoming calls due to this problem.
This is problem has been escalated to Vodacom and we are in contact with their technical teams .
We apologise for any inconvenience and will inform you once the problem has been solved.
